Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We want this site to work for everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or reduced-motion settings. We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

What we have done

• Semantic HTML landmarks, a skip link, and a visible keyboard focus ring on every interactive element.
• Text contrast tested at 4.5:1 or better against its background; large headings at 3:1 or better.
• Descriptive alternative text on every meaningful image; decorative images hidden from assistive technology.
• All animation disabled automatically when your system requests reduced motion.
• Forms with real labels, required-field indication in text as well as color, and error messages tied to their input.
• Tables with captions and header cells so screen readers can announce them properly.

Known limitations

The embedded map on the contact page is a third-party component whose keyboard behavior we do not control. The full address, phone number and directions are provided as text next to it so no information is available only inside the map.

Physical accessibility

The retail counter at 549 Locust Street has a level entrance from the rear lot, a 36-inch doorway, and no interior steps. If a fitting room is not workable for you, tell us and we will arrange something that is.
